A: No, but all University students (including non-West Chester University students) do receive a 50% discount to Brandywine Ballet performances. Two discounted tickets per valid and current University I.D. holding patron.

Q: Why can't I enter my seats after the performance begins?
A: Brandywine Ballet does not allow latecomers to enter their seats once the performance has begun for two reasons: it is distracting to the dancers onstage and may result in an injury and it is disruptive to patrons who arrived at the theatre on time. Latecomers may not be seated until intermission unless there is a suitable break determined by management. If you must leave the theatre at any time during the performance, you will not be allowed to re-enter your seats until intermission, although at the discretion of the ushers you may be seated in the back of the theater. Please be sure to allow sufficient time to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your performance to allow for poor weather conditions, heavy traffic and/or construction and parking. Unfortunately, there are no refunds or credits. All sales are final.

Q: What is Brandywine Ballet’s policy regarding performances postponed due to inclement weather?
A: Brandywine Ballet will reschedule a performance only in the most extremely adverse weather conditions. Please visit www.brandywineballet.com or call the box office 610.696.2711 beginning at 9:00 a.m. the morning of a performance for updates on the status of a performance. Please continue to check the website or box office phone message throughout the day before you leave for the performance, as a performance’s status may change if the weather worsens. If Brandywine Ballet must postpone a performance that does not include a pre-determined snow date, a snow date will appear within 48 hours on the website and box office phone message. Brandywine Ballet will honor original tickets, and there is no need to make further arrangements. Please make every effort to attend the snow date, and find takers for tickets of friends or family members who cannot attend the rescheduled performance date due to previous commitments. Brandywine Ballet enforces a strict no-refund policy. Brandywine Ballet will issue a voucher for patrons unable to attend snow dates only if a snow date was not made available at the time of ticket purchase. Otherwise, please make note of a performance’s assigned snow date at the time of purchase as a tentative commitment should inclement weather arise.
